Terms and Conditions — Tojay Bet Pakistan Betting Platform

Welcome to tojay bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tojay bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on tojay bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

Tojay bet is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for players in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products on tojay bet including cricket betting, football betting, the Aviator game, fishing games, casino games and any other product we may introduce. Specific product rules, where they differ, are stated in the relevant product section below and in the individual product pages on the platform.

To register and use tojay bet you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We do not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information including your real full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani contact number and payment method details that belong to you.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended tojay bet account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that covers tojay bet's jurisdiction of operation.

Tojay bet reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not being met, whether disclosed at registration or discovered afterwards.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on tojay bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Tojay bet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Notify us immediately at support@tojaybet.bid if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered — it significantly improves account security.

Your tojay bet account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in closure of the account without return of balance.

Tojay bet accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods:

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Tojay bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player, it will be reversed and the account reviewed.

You may request a withdrawal at any time once your account has been verified and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing — typically under 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods.
• Standard KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Tojay bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method selected.

Tojay bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard requirement is 10× the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion — typically 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device or IP address.
• Free bets do not return the stake — only the profit from a winning free bet is credited to your real-money balance.
• Tojay bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to amend promotion terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Only real-money balance is withdrawable at any time.
• Bets placed at combined odds below 1.50 do not count towards sports betting wagering requirements.
• VIP cashback is credited weekly on Mondays and carries no wagering requirement — it is credited directly as real-money balance.

All sports bets on tojay bet are subject to the following general rules. Additional rules for specific sports — including cricket, football, tennis and others — are available in the platform's rules section.

• Bets are accepted and settled according to the rules of the sport and competition as defined by the relevant governing body unless otherwise stated.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless the cash-out feature is available and activated before the event concludes.
• Tojay bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an erroneous price — including manifest errors where the odds are clearly incorrect. In such cases the stake is returned.
• Cricket: For limited-overs matches, a minimum of the stated number of overs must be completed for bets to stand. For Test matches, the match must reach a natural conclusion or a result declared for match result bets to stand.
• Football: Match result bets cover 90 minutes of regulation play only, including injury time, but not extra time or penalty shootouts unless specifically stated in the market name.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of tojay bet. We reserve the right to suspend or close live markets at any time during an event.
• Maximum payout per single bet is Rs 20,00,000. Maximum accumulator payout is Rs 50,00,000. These limits apply regardless of the number of selections or the odds.

All casino games, fishing games and crash games (including Aviator) on tojay bet use certified random number generation software. Published RTP values are available on each game's information page.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. Tojay bet cannot override individual game results.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game server's recorded outcome. If no outcome was recorded, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to additional terms specific to each jackpot pool. Jackpot wins are validated before payment.
• The Aviator game uses a certified provably fair algorithm. Players can verify the fairness of any round using the verification tools provided in the game interface.
• Fishing game credits won during free rounds or bonus features may be subject to separate wagering requirements as stated on the relevant game or promotion page.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tojay bet. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on tojay bet under any circumstances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a way that is not genuine human activity.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting through a related account, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point during account use.
• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players in casino or live games to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, glitches or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from known or suspected technical faults are void.
• Sharing your account access with any other person for the purpose of placing bets.
• Any conduct that tojay bet determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

You may request to close your tojay bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Tojay bet may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude under tojay bet's responsible gaming programme.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, tojay bet will not be liable to return any bonus balance. Real-money deposits that are not subject to bonus conditions will be returned through the standard withdrawal process where not associated with fraudulent activity.

Tojay bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools to every registered player at no cost and with no waiting period to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in any defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 1, 7, 14 or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit or place bets, but you can withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from tojay bet. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. All marketing communications will cease and any attempted login will be blocked.

Tojay bet does not offer credit to players. All bets must be funded from cleared balance in the player's account. We will never encourage a player to continue betting beyond their stated limits or to reverse a self-exclusion request.

Tojay bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Full details of what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights regarding your data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

• We collect registration data (name, date of birth, contact number), transaction data and gameplay data to operate the platform and comply with our legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details are processed through secure, encrypted channels and are not stored on tojay bet's servers in full form.

The tojay bet name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of our branding in any form — including but not limited to phishing sites, social media impersonation or advertising — will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Tojay bet provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults.

• Tojay bet will not be liable for any loss of opportunity to place a bet due to platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or any event beyond our reasonable control.
• Our maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed on the affected bet.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from the player's decision to bet, the outcome of any event, or any tax liability that arises from winnings in the player's jurisdiction.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Tojay bet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and post a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will state the new effective date.

Continuing to use tojay bet after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
